EPA Lead Safe Practices
Effective April 22, 2010 a new EPA law went into effect. This law
specifies that contractors must be certified and follow EPA Lead-Safe practices
on homes built prior to 1978. We are a Lead Safe Certified firm, however
we are not currently offering installations that require Lead-Safe practices be
followed. The EPA Lead-Safe practices do not have to
be followed if your home does not test positive for lead. Although
the testing requirement cutoff is 1978, most homes built after 1960 do not
contain lead paint.
